Energy Management Services

Energy Management Services provides our customers with outsourcing solutions to deal with the complex energy environment and the assurance that they are receiving the lowest cost energy possible based on their requirements.  This allows our customers to focus more of their time on managing their business.

Assessment - This review encompasses all charges, terms and conditions imposed by the local distribution company (LDC), pipeline transportation company, storage operators, gas supply companies and financial institutions relative to natural gas futures/options contracts.

Gas Supply Strategy -  A Gas Supply Strategy is developed based on each customer's specific needs.  In conjunction with the customer, Energy Associates Inc. will prioritize and determine the proper amount of supply, reliability, price risk, and flexibility required.  Based on these needs a supply strategy is developed which becomes the road map to achieving the customer's goals.

Management - Once a Gas Supply Strategy is agreed upon, Energy Associates will assist a customer in the daily purchase and management of natural gas.  Acting as the customer's agent, Energy Associates will procure natural gas and services from the best supplier available and manage all aspects of the natural gas supply.  This would include management of all LDC and pipeline transportation contracts, supply contracts, storage contracts, and NYMEX financial tools as agreed to in the Gas Supply Strategy.  Working closely with the customer, Energy Associates will match natural gas needs to production schedules to avoid potential imbalance issues and minimize cost.
